Grande Charte Digital partnered with Artmapp to design and ship an intuitive, high-performance event calendar platform ; engineered for both user delight and admin operational efficiency. The focus: scalability, real-time data sync, and frictionless navigation across all devices. The platform delivers categorized cultural listings (Cinema, Music, Festivals, Theatre, etc.), user account management, and smart notifications. Users can suggest events, follow categories of interest, and stay updated in real time ; turning Artmapp into a living cultural hub rather than another static directory.

We redesigned BI NEWVISION’s digital identity and translated it into a scalable design system used across their platform. From colors, typography, iconography, and interface rules ; every visual and interaction element was aligned to their innovation positioning. The result: a consistent, modern product experience supported by a custom-built web platform engineered for performance and growth.
Real-Time Synchronization via Custom API
To maximize efficiency and performance across the entire Artmapp ecosystem, we developed a custom PHP API that centralizes data exchange between WordPress, the web platform, and both mobile apps. This API handles real-time synchronization of events, ensuring that every update published in the WordPress back-office is instantly reflected across all interfaces ; without manual intervention. Result: fast, reliable, scalable data flow that keeps every platform aligned in real time.
Cross-Platform App Development
Using React Native, we developed high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android, delivering a unified and consistent user experience across devices. Powered by our shared API architecture, all updates made on the web platform are instantly reflected within the mobile apps ; ensuring real-time alignment across the entire ecosystem. This cross-platform approach reduces maintenance costs, accelerates development cycles, and guarantees long-term scalability.
Personalized Alerts & User Accounts
We implemented a user account system allowing visitors to follow categories, bookmark events, and receive personalized notifications based on their cultural interests. This feature transforms Artmapp from a simple listing platform into a tailored discovery experience ; users stay informed in real time, only about what truly matters to them.
Events Published: 3,592+ events indexed and continuously growing ; forming one of the most active cultural archives in Morocco.
Community Impact: Strong user adoption with 357+ organic subscribers within the first year, driven by event submissions and alert subscriptions ; without paid acquisition.
Search Performance: 1.52M impressions and 24.7K clicks over the last 12 months, with an average CTR of 1.6% and average position of 8.7 ; confirming strong SEO performance and visibility.
