Grande Charte Digital partnered with BI NEWVISION in 2024 to execute a full brand and digital transformation initiative. The scope covered rebranding, UX/UI redesign, custom WordPress theme development, proprietary plugin engineering, SEO optimization, and social media strategy. Leveraging WordPress, PHP, Figma, and the Adobe Suite, the objective was to build a unified, scalable and high-performance digital presence that reflects BI NEWVISION’s enterprise positioning across all markets and communication channels.
We redefined BI NEWVISION’s brand language through a complete visual identity overhaul — from brand guidelines and graphic systems to digital assets and component libraries. Colors, typography, iconography, and design specifications were redesigned and standardized to align with their innovation-driven positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
We designed and produced premium corporate brochures and sales documents that clearly articulate BI NEWVISION’s expertise, services and value proposition. Each asset was crafted with refined layouts, structured information hierarchy, and data-driven storytelling to reinforce trust and credibility. The result: a cohesive suite of commercial materials fully aligned with the brand identity, engineered for B2B impact and decision-maker clarity.


We developed a clear, authoritative messaging framework that communicates BI NEWVISION’s technical expertise, innovation capabilities, and business value. The tone was defined to be corporate, confident, and accessible ; ensuring consistency across all sales, digital, and corporate communication assets. This included rewriting service descriptions, structuring value narratives, and standardizing messaging to reinforce BI NEWVISION’s positioning across local and international markets.
We translated BI NEWVISION’s new brand identity into a scalable digital experience, delivering a modern corporate website built on a custom WordPress theme. The UX/UI was designed to simplify complex service offerings, improve navigation clarity, and communicate value with precision. Custom features, optimized components, and targeted performance enhancements ensured a seamless experience across all devices and markets.
We engineered a proprietary plugin that centralizes all job applications submitted via the website, automatically categorizing submissions by position and candidate attributes. A dedicated dashboard enables real-time tracking and streamlined review, while automated structured Excel exports simplify HR reporting, candidate management, and performance analysis.
We built an integrated recruitment module enabling BI NEWVISION to publish and manage job openings directly from a centralized dashboard. The system consolidates all hiring activities. From role creation to candidate follow-up ; with real-time status updates and automated notifications throughout the pipeline. It supports custom form fields, advanced filtering and exportable applicant summaries, ensuring a scalable, structured and data-driven recruitment workflow for HR teams.
We designed and executed multi-platform campaigns across LinkedIn and Instagram focused on strengthening brand awareness and engagement within BI NEWVISION’s core industries ; engineering, IT, operations and business development. Each campaign was structured around specific objectives, including brand reveal activations, event-driven communication and executive positioning content, driving measurable reach and authority within strategic audiences.
Total Reach: 1.1M+ impressions and 410K+ unique accounts reached across LinkedIn & Instagram.
Organic Growth: +1,262 new followers on LinkedIn and +25 on Instagram within a single campaign cycle.
Top Performing Content: “Logo Reveal” and “GITEX Participation Announcement” generated 400K+ impressions each, with high engagement from tech & operations decision-makers.
